Cygnet Dene Brook:

Dene Brook is a residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.

Dene Brook offers a modern purpose-built residential accommodation with spacious communal areas, a dedicated activity room and an enclosed outdoor garden within a homely family-style environment. It consists of three one-bed apartments, two two-bed apartments and two three-bed apartments. Located in the suburbs of Dalton Parva in Rotherham, the home is within close proximity to local services and amenities, including major transport links.

Your Day-to-Day…

  • Ensure the team provides safe, sound & supportive care to the people they support
  • Be a role model to your team & provide effective leadership & management 
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities & regulatory bodies to deliver a high-quality service & promote a positive culture
  • Meet quality targets to ensure the service is providing the best support & care possible.

We are looking for someone who is... 

  • A talented leader  with strong line management & communication skills
  • Experienced within a mental health setting & a multidisciplinary team 
  • An effective people, time & task manager with a proven track record of working with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care.
