We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 38.5 hours a week, covering days, nights, weekends and bank holidays with shift patterns of either 7:30am - 8pm and 7:30pm - 8am, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Hospital Ealing, on Sunrise Ward

Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder or personality disorder over two separate wards.

You will be working on Sunrise Ward which provides a highly specialised eating disorder service for women, including those with extremely low BMIs. It focuses on supporting individuals to attain a healthy BMI and prepare for a return to home.

We have two distinct areas to support individuals at varying points on their recovery journey, taking a person from admission through to rehabilitation and preparation for a return home.

As an active member of our dynamic team, you’ll provide support for our nursing staff including the admission, assessment, implementation and discharge of inpatients, with a focus on dignity and safety at all times.
