We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working 42 hours a week (12 hour shifts), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Redlands / Riverview
River View, based in Darlington, supports individuals who are living with a learning disability and whose behaviours may be perceived as challenging. The service can also support adults who may have associated mental or physical health needs.
Redlands is a large detached house set in a large garden, close to the market town of Darlington. There is a choice of living and dining areas for people to use and a large kitchen for preparing food. Everyone has their own bedroom, which they are supported to decorate and personalise.
