Cygnet Churchill, based in central London, a 57 bed inpatient mental health hospital for men. 

The Role:

• Ensure the provision of  the highest standard of nursing care
• Act as a role model to staff
• Facilitate compliance with clinical & administrative policies
• Support staff through supervision, appraisals, training, meetings & development of evidence research-based practice
• Participate in the manager’s on-call system
