We are looking for a Peripatetic Manager to join our team at Cygnet!

You will be required to potentially be based at one of our services within the region, predominately in our Mental Health settings, but may also be required to support our Social Care Sites, and/or Stepdown services.

You will be required to work within services for a number of reasons e.g. support the sites performance, cover annual leave, maternity, and absence. You may also be asked to undertake staffing or whistleblowing investigations where required.

The ideal candidate must have experience at a similar Regional Peripatetic role; Regional Manager ; Hospital Manager level and have a current NMC Pin or equivalent experience including minimum experience of 5 years in a service manager role . The ability to travel to sites with some overnight stays is an essential part of the role.
