We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working full time hours across a mixed shift pattern working 12 hours per day on a 4 on 4 off basis at our Nightingale site in Bournemouth

Nightingale is a 10 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day…

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
