We are looking for a Graduate Reward Analyst to join our team at Cygnet. 

This is a full time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week) based at our Birmingham Head Office, with flexibility to work from home 3 days per week.

Job Purpose:

Reporting into the Head of Reward the post holder will support the Reward Function and take responsibility for monthly reporting, and managing the benefits inbox as well monthly taking part in the monthly Pension process. There will also opportunities to take part in analytical projects.

Key Accountabilities: 

Compensation and Benefits

  • Develop/maintain standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
  • Manage invoices for all benefits
  • Be the point of contact for health care scheme, life cover, EAP, salary sacrifice other benefit provision with providers/staff queries
  • Pay benchmarking as required
  • Maintenance of the benefits portal
  • Manage holiday exchange windows and administration of scheme
  • Review data for PMI renewals
  • Process Life Assurance claims
  • P11d data collation for applicable benefits
  • Maintain HR Benefits policies and procedures
  • Pensions administration
  • Salary Sacrifice monthly reporting/NLW checks
  • Annual review on NLW checks in April for new rates
  • Assist on ad hoc projects as required
