We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 43.75 hours a week at Cygnet Clifton.

Pay rate - £10.76 per hour rising to £10.97 after probation. After 18 months increasing to £11.27 per hour.

Cygnet Hospital Clifton is a 24 bed specialist low secure service for men with a personality disorder, who also present with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.

Your day-to-day…

Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
Assist with medical & welfare needs 
Report on medical & welfare needs as required 
Safeguard
Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
