We are looking for an outstanding Housekeeping Supervisor with a passion for making a difference to others. 

You’ll be working 37.5 hours a week at Cygnet Hospital Ealing, helping maintain a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care.

Your day-to-day…

  • Create and maintain cleaning regimes - daily, weekly, periodically etc. for the Hospital.
  •  Liaising with the Hospital Manager when ordering cleaning products, undertaking monthly stock checks and ensuring safe storage.
  • To ensure quality targets are met in accordance with agreed standards.
  • Liaise with the Hospital Manager regarding COSHH training; teaching / training new Domestic Staff Members in all aspects of their work in the Hospital and maintaining an on-going assessment of their work to ensure consistently high standards.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality of all matters concerning the Hospital, Clients, Staff and related work.
  • Participate in Staff and Client meetings and attend training sessions as required.
  • Understand and ensure the implementation of the Hospital’s Health and Safety Policy, Emergency and Fire Procedures.

You are... 

  • Experienced in cleaning, housekeeping or domestic work (desirable)
  • Knowledgeable of COSHH (desirable)
  • Friendly, conscientious & have a positive attitude
  • A good communicator

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
