We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
As a support worker at Wallace Hospital, you will work as part of a team delivering outstanding care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health support.
You’ll be working full-time hours, on a mixed shift pattern across days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Working to make a difference to our resident’s lives at Wallace Hospital located in Dundee.

Working day as a Support Worker at Wallace Hospital:
Promoting resident’s independence whilst offering support when required
Provide guidance and & encouragement to achieve daily goals and targets
Encourage residents to join in activities arranged by Wallace Hospital such as – music therapy and art.
Support residents to attend activities within the local community such as bowling, cinema, restaurants, and visiting the local seaside.

What we look for in our Support Workers:
Great team player wanting to join a successful and experienced team
Excellent communication skills
Positive approach to making a real difference in someone’s life
Due to location a valid driving license and access to a car would be advantageous but not essential
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced PVG check.
